FAQ

The screen is bright but shows no signal

  1. Check whether the video cable is connected correctly
  2. Check whether the video cable is loose, and try to restart the computer after plugging it in tightly
  3. Check if the video cable itself is broken
  4. Check the source of the video (computer, TV box, etc.) to see if there is a problem. If possible, try the source of the video with another monitor/TV. If the other monitor is working, there is a problem with your monitor. If the other monitor doesn't work either, then the problem is with the output device (computer, TV box, etc.)
  5. If you still encounter problems, please click the button below, send your email and wait for the human customer service to deal with it

Screen is Black

  1. Check your AC adapter to see if it is on the list.
  2. Check your AC adapter to see if its own LED is on.
  3. Try another outlet to see if that is the problem.

Image distortion, blurry screen, abnormality

  1. Check if the video cable is loose
  2. Check whether the connecting line is damaged, try to change a new connecting line
  3. If the ambient temperature is too low, abnormal images will also occur. We call it a cold machine phenomenon, which occurs more often in winter. The working characteristics of the glass are 0-50 degrees, and the temperature drops sharply. The closer it is to 0 degrees and below, the glass will be damaged. The work is unstable during cold boot, so there will be a brief blurry screen when the cold boot is turned on. Just like a car engine, it needs to be warmed up for a while in winter. After the standby oil temperature rises, the engine can work normally and smoothly.
  4. Check the cables for damage. Try a new set of cables.

There are dead pixels in the screen

  1. If you purchased the product within 30 days, you can contact customer service to return the product
  2. If you are outside the 30-day return period, please read the following. The LCD screen consists of millions of pixels. Under each pixel, there is red,
The green and blue filters can reconcile many colors through the opening and closing of their respective driving circuits. Therefore, under such a sophisticated and huge circuit, the current technology cannot fully achieve a 100% pass rate, that is, a certain pixel will fail. possible, we call it a bad pixel. Therefore, dead pixels are allowed in the liquid crystal process. According to industry rules, only when the number of dead pixels exceeds 3 will they be regarded as substandard products.

What does sRGB, Adobe RGB, DCI-P3 mean?

sRGB is a widely used color standard, and the closer the color gamut coverage of the screen is to 100% sRGB (Full sRGB), the better.
Compared with the sRGB color gamut, the Adobe RGB color gamut covers a wider range of colors, and monitors that meet this standard can display more vivid colors, so it is more popular with professional design, drawing and other personnel.
The DCI-P3 color gamut is known as the cinematic color gamut standard. It is an emerging color standard applied to digital cinema. It focuses on human visual experience and matches all the color requirements that can be shown in movies as much as possible.

What is Refresh Rate

The refresh rate is the number of times the electron beam repeatedly scans the image on the screen. The higher the refresh rate, the better the stability of the displayed image (picture).

How do I clean screen?

The power cable has to be removed from the power socket before cleaning the screen.
Do not use volatile solvent (alcohol, rosin, and toluene) to clean the screen.  These type of chemicals might damage the housing and the LCD glass.
Use a 100% cotton cloth or micro-fiber cloth for cleaning.

Which monitor interface should I use? DP/HDMI/DVI

DP > HDMI > DVI > VGA
Please prefer the interface with higher performance.
